To keep up to date on CatGenie improvements and changes, it is important that you register the serial number of your CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box. Please use our warranty form.

This product has been engineered and crafted with great care for your satisfaction. Please read all instructions before using this product. CatGitalia Srl. warrants this product and all parts thereof, except as set forth below only to the original purchaser at retail to be free from defective materials and workmanship from the date of original retail purchase for the period shown below ("The Warranty Period").

A. This two year limited warranty is valid for the Warranty Period and applies only to replacement of the parts found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration or if the Processing Unit has been opened or taken apart. Warranty does not apply to the use of any unauthorized attachment or damage caused by use of an electrical circuit not specified on the CatGenie product.

B. If this product is found to be defective, CatGitalia Srl. will replace the defective parts at no charge to the original owner. Such replacement services shall be rendered solely by CatGitalia Srl. If any defects should be found in this product, please call CatGitalia Srl Customer Service at 0039523579882 or 00390247957089. A new or remanufactured equivalent part will be shipped directly to you. Once you receive the replacement part, kindly box the defective part, in the replacement box and return to CatG Italia Srl. Via Galileo Galilei n. 7 Rivergaro Piacenza 29029 Italy.This warranty is void and the owner will be charged for the replacement part if the owner repairs or modifies the product in any way or does not return the part if requested. This limited warranty from CatGitalia Srl. is valid only in European Community.

ATTENTION: Shipments price Outside the European country.

It is a discretion on CatG Italia Srl to decide to send the CatGenie outside the European country.
The CatG Italia Srl add to the normal european expedition price the cost of the customs documents, piking and communicate it at the customer.

If the customer don't agree to pay the extra cost for the expedition outside the Europe, it is into the discretion of the CatG Italia Srl to decide  to not send the products outside the Europe and It will return the money to the customer in 10 days.

For the Extra Europe country the outbound shipping and duty is your responsibility.


ATTENTION: The retur policy for Extra European country is discretion of CatG Italia Srl and return will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Every shipment of return to Italy being for CatG Italia Srl importation it will be subject to taxation, VAT and duty tax, for this reason CatG Italia Srl will be able to refuse the expedition without prior authorization.

For the Swiss the outbound shipping and duty is your responsibility.
